Redesigning movie loyalty.

Overview

T3 was asked to help launch Cinemark’s loyalty program and evolve it from their existing program, Cinemark Connections. The goal was to create a system that was immediately recognizable with the Cinemark brand and flexible enough to be expanded should they introduce new tiers to their program.

Problem

Cinemark’s loyalty program had fallen by the wayside. To stand up to competitors, Cinemark wanted to create a logo that was both functional and recognizable to their brand.

Picking a Mark

In the end, Cinemark chose a logo very similar to their Cinemark Movie Club branding with the addition of a ticket outline around the mark.  Internally, Cinemark decided that they would pause the plan to switch from their Connections program to the new Cinemark Movie Rewards. Below are some of the options I came up with.
